At an international level, Forestpa has collaborated with Bioveristy International, PNUMA, CIAT and CDB. In Colombia, Forestpa has collaborated with Universidad de Antioquía, Universidad Nacional, Universidad Católica de Oriente, Ecopetrol, Gobernación de Antioquía, Empresas Públicas de Medellín, Regional Autonomous Corporations and Instituto Alexander von Humboldt, among others.
Forestpa's work is centered on the researching, restoring, maintaining and monitoring Dry Tropical Forests. Forestpa seeks to support Initiative 20x20's goals by furthering its activities in Colombia and other countries in the region. Its Bonos de Carbono Natura Colombia project exemplifies Forestpa's collaboration with other institutions.
