Eco House is a non-profit organization specializing in socio-environmental education, volunteering, conservation, and ecological restoration in Argentina and the region. Recognized as a Youth Leader by the United Nations Development Program, a co-founder of the Alliance for Climate in Argentina, and a member of the Trinational Network for Ecological Restoration and the Argentine Network for Ecological Restoration, Eco House has a wealth of experience in partnerships.
Since 2020, Eco House has had a program supporting natural areas in Argentina. Over the past 4 years, they have supported the design of citizen participation projects, obtained funding, provided technical support, and created communication and education campaigns in natural reserves throughout the country, such as Misiones, Santiago del Estero, Córdoba, Buenos Aires, CABA, and Río Negro. Additionally, through their Sustainable Development School Network program, they have worked on socio-environmental education with educational institutions in the communities surrounding the natural areas they support, creating an ecosystem of empowerment for people to protect the ecosystems on which they depend.
Eco House collaborates with civil society organizations in each of the places where they support reserves through their Education for Sustainability Organizations Forum program. They are interested in participating in the Investment task force, as financial mechanisms to continue their work are one of the main challenges they face every day. They would also like to participate in the Good practices task force because they believe that their experience can be very constructive for this space, and they are very interested in exchanging knowledge with other organizations.
