Wetlands International is carrying out restoration effort through its projects for the restoration of wetlands in arid zones and in high Andean bogs and plains.
As a technical partner within Initiative 20x20, Wetlands International can contribute to restoration through technical assistance to implement restoration projects and monitoring schemes, identify sites with potential for the implementation of restoration projects, share knowledge and experiences on conservation practices and restoration of wetland environments and support governments in the development of strategies, projects and restoration plans.
